As we commemorate one year since Beyt Ahlam opened its doors we find ourselves overwhelmed with gratitude for this journey and everyone who has been a part of it so far. We have certainly kept ourselves very busy this past year releasing 2 collections, showing overseas, dressing artists for the stage, 13 in-store events, and one fashion performance. Choosing to open a business in the midst of economic crisis was certainly nothing either of us expected to do; however, we remain defiant in our belief in the power and necessity of fostering space for self expression and collaborative creative growth. From hosting the work of incredibly talented local designers and creatives in our store, to building a team that inspires us every day, we feel privileged to be surrounded by such a vibrant creative community in this place we call home. Despite being incredibly proud of all we have done together in the past year, what excites us most is always the future. As we’ve said many times before and will continue to say, this is only just the beginning, and we couldn’t be more excited to share with you this next chapter of Beyt Ahlam.
